Lisa was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. She then spent 7 years in Missoula, Montana attaining her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree and enjoying the big sky country. She graduated in 2006 and then moved to Colorado to start her physical therapy career. She was previously employed by Physiotherapy Associates in Wheat Ridge and then as the facility director and lead therapist in Golden, CO.

She is currently pursuing her manual therapy and orthopedic specialist certifications while striving to improve the quality of life and outcomes of her patients here at Colorado Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialists. She enjoys spending time doing any kind of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, fishing, camping and going on the yearly elk hunt. She has lived in Thornton since moving to Colorado, and is looking forward to becoming part of the north metro community.
